The admissions are granted to students based on their performance in personality test and interview. Limited seats are available in NRI/Management Quota. which can be allotted to the deserving candidates after their interview. Application must be accompanied by :

• Photocopy of Birth Certificate as Date of Birth proof.
• Photocopy of Medical Certificate from a registered medical practitioner.
• Photocopy of School/College Leaving Certificate with marklist.
• Photocopy of Character Certificate.
• Two passport size photographs.
• 10th/10+2/ graduation marksheet

Confirmation of Admission and Rules Regarding Payment of Fees :

1. Admission of the candidate to the Institute will be granted after the selection process only.
2. Granting admission after the expiry of the prescribed date of payment is the sole discretion of the institute authority/governing body.
3. Yearly fee is payable in 2 installments on admission.
4. If the second and other installments of fees are not paid by due date a fine of Rs. 20/- will be levied per day till the 10th day and a fine of Rs. 50/- per day till 30th day irrespective of the holidays declared by the management or the government. If the fees are not paid till 30th day the student name will be removed from the rolls of the Institute. The student will be re-admitted at the discretion of the director on payment of a sum of Rs. 5000/- with the fees and fines due from the students.
5. Absence from the Institute with or without leave is no ground for exemptions of above rules.
6. If the student leaves the Institute for any reasons after his admission either in the middle of course or even before the commencement of the course or otherwise without paying the full fees for the year, all deposits including caution amount will be forfeited.
7. Fees must be paid either in cash or through a Demand Draft drawn in favour of "Institute of Hotel Management and Catering", , payable at Udaipur. Money Orders or Cheques are not accepted. A receipt for all amounts paid must be obtained by the payee.
8. Once the fees are paid no request for refund will be entertained.

Hence student should go through these rules very carefully before taking admission to the Institute and if at the end they plead their ignorance of rules.
