Following 21 years experience in educational institute and hotel operations,. Mr. Sehgal's role has been as dynamic as his career. He was the Executive Food & Beverage Service at Taj Lake Palace, Udaipur. Education and Training has made him a forerunner in managing day-to-day functioning of IHMC-U, Udaipur. He holds Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management as well as Master's Degree in Public Administration.
Mr. Manikant Sah
Manikant Sah is involved in multiple activities including administrative process and quality maintenance. He looks after students administration services and liaises with hotel professionals for various students programs. He holds Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management and currently pursuing Master's degree in tourism Management. He currently contributes towards Rooms Division Management and MIS modules. He also manages all support and management functions including liaison, property management at IHMC-U.
Mr. H.B. Laata
Mr. Laata following 30 years experience at Industry and as management faculty in various management colleges. He holds Master’s degree in Business Management. His role spans multiple activities including academic process, research and quality.
Mr. Mayank Sarupria
Mayank Sarupria's role spans multiple activities including academic process, research and quality. He holds Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management followed by 11 years experience in educational and industrial assignments in UK, Israel and Egypt.
Mrs. Manjula Datta Sabharwal
She is post graduate in Travel & Tourism with 5 years course in Modern French Studies from Alliance de Françoise, Delhi. She was head of Tourism Department at the International Polytechnic for Women from 1985 to 2003.
Mr. Abhishek Kumar
Abhishek Kumar is responsible for the coordination of the training facilities at IHMC U. He contributes towards the Sales & Marketing, Human Resource Management, as well as Food & Beverage operations. With experience of 6 years. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management and currently pursuing Master's degree in Tourism Management.
Mr. Prashant Singh Rathore
Multi cuisine Chef with experience in industry and academics of fine establishments of 9 years. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management.
Mr. Puran Chand Ramola
Puran Chand Ramola oversees and supports the extra curricular representation at the Institute. He contributes to Food & Beverage operations. With experience of 4 years in industry and academics. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management.

Mr. Yogesh Sharma
AMFI qualified, Diploma in Computing, PGDBM with experience of Multinational service Industry. He contributes to Accounting, Costing and Financial Management.

Hotel Management Graduate with specialization in Food & Beverage Production from one of the finest Institutes in the region. He oversees and supports the extra curricular representation at the Institute.
